Countries, Shipping fees and Delivery times

At Maison Dandoy, we are committed to offering you an efficient and reliable delivery service. This article outlines our order processing times, the countries we deliver to, as well as our shipping fees and delivery times.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Deliveries within Belgium generally take 1 to 2 business days. Please note that we do not deliver during weekends.

Once your parcel has left our workshop, you will receive an email containing the shipping confirmation and tracking information. We hope this will allow you to receive your biscuits fresh and in time for your departure.

For ecological reasons, our shipping service within Europe is limited to the following countries:

The biscuits and other delicacies will be prepared in our workshop and delivered directly to your home.

For ecological reasons and due to the fragility of our biscuits, we do not deliver outside Europe. We carefully consider the number of countries we serve, as each new destination requires a thorough assessment of carbon footprint and delivery feasibility.

We aim to provide a high-quality service and must ensure that our customers can be properly served should we decide to expand our delivery areas. We are exploring future possibilities for additional countries, but we are not yet able to indicate when this may become possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In Belgium, shipping costs amount to €6 for orders below €59 VAT included. Shipping is free for orders above €59 VAT included.

In France, shipping fees depend on the weight of the biscuits and range between €6 and €15.

In Belgium, delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Please note that we do not deliver during weekends.

In France, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days.
