Shelf Life by Biscuit Type
Shelf life varies depending on the type of biscuit:
For loose biscuits sold by weight, it is recommended to consume them within 5 days of purchase.
Speculoos can be enjoyed for up to 6 months after their production date.
Madeleines have a maximum shelf life of 14 days.
Financiers have a maximum shelf life of 30 days.
Other biscuit varieties can be enjoyed for up to 4 months after their production date.
Storage Advice
To preserve their full flavor, store your biscuits in a dry place, away from direct light, at a temperature between 18 and 22°C.
